NJ and NY work - where do I report NJ gross revenue on IT203 ?
Which line on IT203 do I report/deduct NJ earnings from federal/total earnings?

You report ALL of your earnings on the Federal Column, then ONLY the NY earning on the NY column.

Thank you for replying, but that is not where the problem is, it's actually when I get to line 32 where it requires me to enter the amount from line 31, Federal column, which is higher than NY, because it included both NY & NJ incomes. Then look through lines 33-36, because it seems to use this Federal number, deduct NY deduction (line 33) to base NY taxable income from. Do you recommend that I simply do not include my NJ earnings in Federal number at all on this form or is there a place to subtract/deduct it, so it won't throw off my NY taxable income total?

    Tks!
