Well then, it's your job, not ours. You can put in the time and effort, and the information is out there, and readily available, you just have to find it (google) and read it. Not fun, which is why no one is willing to do your work for you.

I'm amused that it's a Human Resources question. In all the jobs I've had over my life I've NEVER had an HR person ask me this!

I agree, now that the OP has posted more threads the issues are a bit clearer, but, back in March when he posted this question, there weren't others to go by, which is why I responded the way I did.

If he had posted this yesterday, or today, I would have replied differently. :)

I know that - this was a "toes in the water" thread, I believe. I answered another thread and then I looked for the history. I didn't bother changing my answer.
