    I'm guessing that the word you were searching for is "environment".

    In order to answer your question from a legal perspective we will need to know more. For example,
    • Are you married to, and living with, the other parent?
    • Is there a custody decree in place, and if so, who has custody?
    • What state or country are you in?
    • What is it about the household that makes the environment not suitable for the child?
