    Ask immigration question for free?
    Hi am a green card holder I petition my husband 2 years ago. Since the petition is on going and still waiting. My question is I don't have any work right now what if the times come and still don't have any job during the interview of my husband it will not affect his petition? Also, My parents and brother helps me to support him. Is it OK even I have no job?
    Second, I file a petition for my husband and I used his family name in that papers also send our marriage contract since were married in our country.but her in america still I didn't change my status. Is that OK that I didn't change my status?Because I am planning to change my status when his here already.It will not affect on his petition?thanks
