    While driving my 1999 Honda Civic it keeps stalling. It is not my electric system. What could it be?

    Check fuel pressure, compression if its really not electronic.
    Is that stalling when you cruising or pushing gas or off the gas?

    If the idling isn't stay good then check idle control system.
