The only way you will know for sure would be to take a test. You could wait another week and see if your period is just late. Even if it has never happened before, it is not uncommon during the teen years to have irregular cycles now and then.
Most likely you are not pregnant since you had a period in February and didn't have sex.
It is wise that you use condoms, but if you are going to continue to engage in sex, which you may want to rethink since you now have seen how much worry an unplanned pregnancy could cause, it would be good to use an additional form of birth control as well.
No form of birth control is 100% effective, so anytime you have sex, you take a chance.
Consider the consequences... at your age, pregnancy can have more complications, you would not be physically, emotionally, or financially ready to have and raise a child, unfortunately, at this age, the odds of a boyfriend still being there long term are not high, and you would most certainly have to tell your mother.
