    Shower stall
    I am putting a shower in my basement can I just run my drain right in to the floor drain it 4ft from shower with out a p trap

    Sure can! *It's called a "indirect waste. Just be sure the shower outlet's terminates at least 2 inches over the floor drain, Good luck, Tom
