    i'm taking azithromycin
    I'm taking AZITHROMYCIN and my tongue has swelled up I was wondering if that was normal and if not what should I do?

    No it is not normal. It is a serious side effect, probably allergic reaction, that requires immediate medical attention. Per FDA:

    "Stop using azithromycin and call your doctor at once"

    See Azithromycin side effects

    "Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction to azithromycin: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat*."
