    I would like my son to have his stepfathers last name.
    I got married and would like my son to have my husbands last name. He has only mine now. How would I get this done?

    The biological father would have to agree to allowing your current husband to adopt your son.

    Yes, you contact the bio father and both of you agree and sign the paper work.
