VOP for not paying monthly fees that last 5 months for a dui and $50 f0r an add
I lived in another county in fl from where I got dui. I've had to report to PO monthly through mail. I haven't paid for five months. I talked to PO and said I would be arrested for violation. If I turn myself in down south, where DUi happened and where I went in front of judge in Indian river county, I live in Volusia County in FL, could I only have to stay in jail for a day and then see the judge to explain that I have financial problems and get out of jail and possibly have to deal with something like community service or house arrest in lui of jail?

Your attorney will have to get this worked out ahead of turning yourself in, Normally you will be in jail one to two weeks waiting for a hearing

I can't afford an attorney, I'm broke and have a lot of financial problems. I'm unemployed. I have a DUi in another county in FL. I was told by Po that I have a VOP because I haven't paid my last 5 monthly fines through mail. If I turn myself in down south where DUi had happened instead of cops arresting me in Volusia County in Fl will I get off easier and have less time in jail before going in front of judge and will judge be less lenient on me because I turned myself in. My PO said that I will be arrested and then see the judge. She explained there will be no extension. I just don't want to see jail time

You are correct, if you wait for them to arrest you, the PO will not be as willing to work with you.
You will need proof that you don't have any income at all, as a reason not paying. If you are making 100 dollars a week they will want to know why they have not gotten at least a few dollars.

Maybe it would be better to just get arrested in my county instead of other county I got DUI and deal with what the judge says there. I can't afford a lawyer and I don't have a car to get down south. Hopefully he will give me a break knowing that I'm unemployed and I can't afford to pay the PO. I just hope that he won't give me jail time and maybe house arrest or community service. I have two children and my husband couldn't afford to pay my monthly fees to the PO for the last five months. My probation is over the 17th of this March.

VOP for not paying monthly fees and money owed for a $50 add towards a dui
Would I be better getting arrested for VOP in my county for the DUI for not paying monthly fees instead of traveling down south to give myself up. I can't get down south because I don't have a car and I live in another county. My husband couldn't afford the rest of my monthly fees. How long would I have to stay in jail before seeing judge to explain my financial situation and would he be understanding and let me go and perhaps do community service.

My probation officer said that I have violated my probation and I will be arrested
Will I get a warrant out for my arrest for not paying monthly fees the past 5 months. If I don't turn myself in how long will I have to be in jail before going in front of the judge? Do judges sometimes give another punishment instead of jail time if you can work out something after explaining that I can't afford to pay at this time. What's the longest time I would have to stay in jail if it comes down to that. My DUI happened in another county. Will the judge go easy if I do turn myself in? I have until the end of this month and my probation ends.

Please stop asking the same basic question over and over, I have deleted and merged many of them.
You are already sentenced, this is not "lets make a deal at this point" you were ordered to do certain things.
How fast you see a judge varies by area and how busy the court is. It is seldom faster than one week, and I have seen it take two months. And that is just to see the judge.
If you turn yourself in to the PO, he may recommend the judge be easier on you. If you cost them issues, they for sure will not be helpful

If you have unpaid fees/penalties/fines/restitution your probation will NOT be over on March 17th.
