I am trying to research what are the documentation responsibilities of a medical provider. The topic assignment is explain provider documentation responsibilities.

I have been internet searching for over 2 hours and I can not find a thing - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes the Internet just isn't good enough. You're going to have to visit your local public or university library and do a literature search. Head immediately for the reference desk and ask for their help.

I used Google and only the keywords you gave me. The first screen had a number of similar PDF files listing responsibilities and rules.

I tried again and I still don't get what you are seeing- I wonder why?

Don't know. Maybe I have magic fingers? There were other PDF files available too.
