    My HP printer does not scan the documents, instead gives me an error message
    I get an error message stating that the device is been used by another program. But I do not have another program running. Why does this occur

    I have resarted the computer. Ihave also restart the program and even reboot the computer but I am still have the same problem and getting the same error message

    I am living in Jamaica West Indies
    Master student
    Over 40 years old but I have been using the computer for over 18 years now, therefore I am well acquainted with computers and other hardware devices

    HP has good support: give them a call. Here is a list of their support phone numbers.
