    Is this an obgyn issue?
I was 7 days late for my period this month which is not normal. I have a regular 28 day schedule. The day before my period which was yesterday I got this pain on my lower left side of my pelvic area. I still have this pain. Its not cramps though. The last several times I ovulated I had the same pain in the same spot. But the last time I ovulated I had brown discharge the whole day. That has never happened before. I also have been very tired for the past 3 months. What could all of this mean?

YOu might have hypothyroidism and/or PCOS - Polycystic ovarian syndrome and I would recommend seeing an ob/gyn for this to get a clear diagnosis and you will need a pelvic exam, pelvic ultrasound and a few blood tests.
    Thank you
