This is probably an old movie, & I'm not sure if it's white fang, but if it is, I can't figure out which year/version. In any case, it was one of the most terrifying things I have ever seen. There is a scene where the man/men are inside a ring of fire trying to prevent the wolves from killing/eating them. Also, these guys are transporting a casket on a wooden wheeled cart through the woods, where the wolves are trailing them. I looked up an old version of the BOOK, White Fang, which seems consistent with what I am describing, but none of the movies/trailers I can find seem to have the appropriate plot.

DO YOU KNOW WHICH MOVIE THIS IS? It has haunted me for YEARS, so if you can help I'd be eternally grateful.
