    ITT General Parts
I have a 1995 Appalachian Stove Unit model UV32FRN with an ITT General gas valve.
It has worked great until today when the pilot will not stay lit. Instead of a thermocouple, it has a pilot generator.
How do I know if this is the problem and not the gas valve?
    Where would I find parts?
    Thanks,
    Shay

No it is actually a thermopile. My understanding is that heat on it generates electricity in millivolts(250 or 750) which holds open the gas valve so the pilot will stay on.
    Thanks,
