Signing rights over for a child?
I have 1 child possibly 2 from a previous relationship... I never get tosee the kids and I am not a part of their life I would like to make adoption available for them if the mother finds that special someone... In the meantime I am ordered to pay child support on both children what can I do to make sure they have a good life?

Pay your child support, get court ordered visits and visit with your children. Set up trust funds ( additional money beyond child support) for college funds and more.

I second what Fr_Chuck stated... and if anyone should want to adopt them in the future... THEN you get to do it.

The title of your post seems contradictory to the body. If you want to make sure YOUR children have a good life, then you pay your support and you take an interest in their lives, be there for them etc.

If you feel that, if the mother finds and marries someone who can provide a better home life and that person wants to adopt them, then you can decide THEN if you want to make it easy for them.

Until that time, you will be required to pay support.
