Travel to US with theft under absolute discharge and marijuana charge?
I have attempted to enter the US from Vancouver before and have been denied. Now I am in the process of getting a pardon for the Marijuana charge and will very likely need to go to the United states within this year for work.

Will I need a US entry waiver? Or will all criminal records be sufficient to allow me entry? I am very worried that I will lose my job if I am not allowed across the boarder.

Will the boarder have my absolute discharge on file? Will the pardon/previous record allow me entry?

Should I wait for the pardon and attempt entry for shopping purposes once I receive all my record checks and pardon?

Any information will help as I'm very nervous as to what will happen in moving forward.
