Started experiencing very light brown spotting for a day, now I have a little bit heavier bleeding. Do you think that I was implanting and then miscarried? Or is it just my period? I am usually regular. Could it still be implanting?

Bleeding is common during implantation. So common that many women mistake it with their actual period. If the bleeding is heavier like you said it could just be implantation, miscarriage, or even your period. If it's heavier bleeding I would lean more to it being mother nature but I don't know because obviously I can't see you and I don't know how you usually are. My suggestion is to go buy a home pregnancy test if it's been a few weeks after you think you got pregnant the test should be able to detect the pregnancy and alleviate any worry you may have. If it shows you're pregnant and the bleeding is heavy I would go see a doctor asap to make sure you're okay.
