    How many apartment viewings are allowed in one day? When can they start? Etc
    We've given our notice to move out but our place keeps calling us saying viewing tomorrow, one person hasn't come twice and we've stayed home to make sure we're in as we don't want people going through our stuff, touching things or stealing something. We feel this is still our personal space. Now they called saying there's about 5 viewings tomorrow starting at 9:30 in the morning. Its our day off work, long hours, we want to sleep in. Are they allowed to show it then when we want to be asleep or just getting up. We could be in pyjamas or in the shower. Were having to accomidate for strangers coming in to our home way to early in the morning. How many viewings are they allowed in one day? Its not an official open house day or anything

    As long as they give you sufficient notice, they can show the place. That's what happens when you give up a rental.

    You should inventory your stuff and lockup the valuables, then you don't have to be there..

    Is there something in the lease giving them the right to show the place? If not, I don't think they have the right to show it at all, until your lease is up. What state is it?
