    What does 'when I ably for it' mean? Apply?
    Has your employer told you you are going to be laid off? I don't understand your question.

    The company I worked for moved out of the state Tennessee and was not asked to go, I was laidoff. I meant to write when I applied for Unemployment insurance will I be denied because of attending online courses and if yes I will be denied why?

    When you sign for Unemploymetn you are asked if you are working and if you are ready, able and willing to work. It would appear the answer is yes.
