    Numb arms while sleeping
I'm 22 and no matter which way I sleep expect flat on my back my arms and fingers go numb to the point I wake up crying. And I can't hardly lay on my back cause I'm overweight and can't breath on my back to I snore. Is it a pinched nerve for both my arms and hands or what?

I think you might need to have your neck checked out for a pinched nerve. Neurologist can help you with that.

Your description of breathing difficulties makes me believe there is a possibility of your having sleep apnea (only a sleep lab can correctly
Diagnose this). If you have a neurologist in your area, check it out.
If not, try a rheumatologist... but a neurologist would be the right
Kind of doctor.Pulmonary doctors deal with sleep apnea and any other
    Breathing difficulties. Good luck
