I am a 26 year old female. I have one child (4yr) and two step children. We are usually pretty busy. I work full time but have a good amount of time off on the weekends. But I am CONSTANTLY fatigued everyday. I am up by 7am everyday and by 11:00am on its hard to keep alert or focus without at least one or two energy drinks (or coffee) a day. (which was only recently started- the energy drinks) I have severe acne on my forehead, chin, and cheeks (that I have never had before until the past year) no amount of face wash, overnight cream, or pursa gel will correct. My weight fluctuates between 5 and 7 pounds losing and gaining week after week. Some days I feel more stressed and upset than normal. I have days where EVERYTHING makes me mad. I feel very agitated and I tend to (fight with) take it out on other people. Most days I am happy and very upbeat. I'm not a big medication fan so I've shied away from seeing the doctor in fear they'll want to prescribe me some sort of anti depressant. I just feel like there's something more than that. I have had an IUD (Mirena) the last 4 years and have recently read reviews that the mirena could cause symptoms like this? No allergies

You need to see your doctor, it could be something along the lines of your thyroid rather than depression.
