    Car title issue..
    Hi
    I have been living NJ for a year. I have a business visa I do exporting. I have a company in NJ. When I came here I met someone who do same business like me. When I decided to get cars for my business these people told me that I am not able to get cars because of my status. And they offer me that give us the money we will buy the cars and than we will give you the titles after that. I gave 2 certified check which detailed with information.( like $45,000
    For honda). But these guys don't want to give me the cars . They keep the title. What can I do in this stuation?

    If they won't turn the titles over to you, your recourse will be to hire a lawyer and sue the people to get your $45K back. Do you have a contract or bill of sale? Anything that documents that you gave them the money and what it was for?
