    Tax return usa j 1 students?
    Hi. I was this summer in USA with Work and Travel program( J1 vis) and I received today a w-2 form, but I don't know how to get back my taxes. Also I paid 1000$ for this program and I spent more then 1000$ for my fly ticket. Please help my to receive my money back. I'm from Moldova and if somebody can help my I will appreciate it a lot

    You should file your nonresident tax return Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ with form 8843.
