    Usually very bad cramping, depending on how long you have been pregnant for spotting/bleeding, shooting pain up one side of the body into the shoulder. It depends on how far along you really are. A lot of women who have had ectopic pregnancies have said they just felt something wasn't right. Of course you can not rely on "gut" feelings alone. If your doctor feels something is wrong they will schedule an ultra sounds as soon as possible. The earlier this is detected the easier it is to destroy. It can be potentially dangerous to you as well, it can lead to death if not treated quickly.
