how would you solve these two problems?

6^2/3 * 4^2/3
---------- divided by
3^2/3
my answer was 8^2/3 but I'm not sure that's right

(^3[radical]6 * ^4[radical]6) ^12
I don't even know HOW to do this question but my algebra 2 book says that the answer is 6^7. But I'm not sure how they got that. Help would be much appreciated!

for the first one you're right, but you need to know that

$8^{\frac{2}{3}}=(\sqrt[3]{8})^2$

this you should be able to work out the answer to in your head.

For the second one you need to know some rules:

$\sqrt[a]{x}=x^{\frac{1}{a}}$

$x^a*x^b = x^{(a+b)}$

and

$(x^a)^b = x^{ab}$

if you apply these you should get $6^7$
