I'm eleven years old. The first time I cut myself was because I wanted to know what it was like. This time though I feel horrible about myself, so I cut. I want to tell my mom but just don't know how to.

I'm not sure. I just wrote "help me" ten minutes ago on my arm. It's going to hurt for a while. I feel like I have to die every time I do something wrong.

Well, every time my mom asks me to do something, I just blow up. I scream swear words at her.

Stop using that as an excuse. Control yourself. The only reason reason why you can't is because you THINK that you can't. Go get some therapy, maybe a professional can get to the real reason of why you like to punish yourself.

Every time you feel like cutting, eat an apple or banana or grapes or a handful of Cheerios instead.
