Is there a point to hoping for something?
My ex girlfriend dumped me because she was unhappy, but the funny thing is that I was the same way off and on for awhile but she was the stronger one and went through with the break up. It was a hard thing for her to do, and we tried our best to be mature. But I messed up and begged for her to come back... twice. She got mad and told me she couldn't go through a break up again because it was too hard.
We texted a bit and acted like friends, I went over to her place to grab a few things and tried to talk about anything, but she said she was tired so I only stayed for 10 minutes.

I really don't want to lose her, I want to keep fighting for her and I don't want to throw away a 3 year relationship like it was nothing. But I have no idea if she'd even consider dating me again. I'm so worried that I'll fall for her all over again and she won't feel the same.

Is it worth trying to get her back? We broke up because of arguments, lack of PDA and we saw each other everyday for hours, we just got too comfortable and that spark ended up disappearing. I think it may be because of how much we saw each other and how we had the same routine everyday and there was just nothing new, barely any romance.
But if we got back together I know I could make her fall for me again, I just don't know if it's worth it or if she'll even want me. She still cares for me, and she still loved me when she broke up with me, she's just strong and realized that our relationship and how we spent each day with each other just wasn't healthy.

So this is what I'm asking... is there any hope? If I give her space for a month or so do you think we could have a chance? I mean I believe it was because of arguments and rarely going out as a couple that made the relationship end... I won't wait for her and I'll date other people, but I want to at least have a little bit of hope inside that we could try again...

I really don't know what you're looking for here. You state that you were unhappy with her and she with you. So, breaking up seems to be the right answer here. Why stay with someone if you're not happy?

You confuse me. You aren't happy with her yet you want to keep fighting for her. Clearly you don't love her. If you did, you wouldn't be worried about "falling for her all over again"... Why would you want to keep fighting for her? Both of you weren't happy and it seems like neither of you were really in love.

Move on and find someone else.

There could be hope! Give her her space and if she wants your back, when she's ready she will come back to you. You don't want to beg or seem needy because that is a huge turn off. Do your thing, date, hit the gym, hang out with friends etc. The more you stay busy the less she will be on your mind. I have been through this and if she still cares she will eventually come around. DON'T CONTACT HER! Best decision you can ever make!
