    I slept with my baby's mom on January 1 2010 and her due date was October 8 2011 is this child mine?

    No way to tell until the baby is born and a paternity test can be done.

    It's possible, however without knowing when her last period started all I can do is guess. In the long run, you will have to have a DNA test done after the child is born. If you are married it will be legally yours whether the DNA shows you are the father or not.

    Not being a joker here but:

    Are those dates correct? I mean, if they are... I see absolutely no way that could be your kid if you only slept with her that one day.

    However, this could be a typo on the dates?
