    How To Claim Old Stock
I owned stock through Merrill Lynch's Blueprint Program back in 1993. The program was set up for small investors where we wouldn't have to pay fees of any kind. Suddenly, they sent me a notice stating that charges would be applied and the Blueprint Program was no longer in existence. I couldn't afford the fees. I have a quarterly statement in my possession from 1993, when silver was selling at $4 an ounce. I had owned almost 34 ounces. Merrill Lynch pretty much stole my stocks. Is there anything I can do?
