Pelvic pain
I am a 25 year old female. I have been on the birth control pill for 6 years. For the last 2 months I have been having menstrual cramp like pain in my pelvis and lower back in between periods. There has been no spotting or discharge though. Is it possible to get an ovarian cyst or endometriosis while on the pill?
