    Empty follicle
    I've gone through an egg retrieval and the follicle was empty. I want to know why!

    Hi mouniram,

    Did your RE have an explanation for you? Did you have just the single follicle? There can be different reasons... an egg never developed fully, the egg could not separate, hormones not responding properly.
