Might try to run a repair of Microsoft Office

To do this go to your control panel, and select add/remove programs (windows XP) or Programs and Features (windows 7). Find MS Office in the list of programs and right-click on it and choose "change". Select the repair radio button and select continue. MS Office will begin to re-install itself. You may need to restart your PC when it's finished so make sure you have everything saved. Let us know if that works.
