    2011 Can I add my parents as dependents ? (>184 days, no LPR)
    Can I claim parents from China, who stayed with me for more than 184 days in 2011 ? And I fully support them. Thank you!

    To be dependent, your parent must not earn more than $3700 in 2011. You must provide more than half of their support for the year.

    Based on your post, you CAN apply for ITINs for your parents and you CAN claim them as dependents.
