    Child abandonment
Two in a half years ago the father of my child put a bomb outside my house when I was 7 months pregnant with her with intent to set it off. He was charged with this crime. He has several former convictions and more convictions that went along with this. He was not incarcerated until she was about seven months old. He nor his family have ever tried to be part of her life. I haven't spoke with him in two years AND NEVER INTEND TO.I heard through the grape vine that he maybe will be released in few years. I'm scared for mine and my children's life. Can I take his rights since what he did? He never tried to establish any.

In this case, I would say that you have grounds for obtaining, not only a TPR, but a permanent restraining order against him.

However, it is not easy to get a TPR, but you should try. Consult a Family Law attorney for how to go about it. You want to apply on the grounds you feel he is a danger to your and your child, not abandonment.
