    Can a biomother ask for custody after ten years when legal custody is with PGM?
    Mother children were removed from county agency.

    You don't really expect us to answer you with any real advice with such scanty information?

    What is PGM? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    A bio parent can "ASK" for custody to be returned as long as their rights were not terminated, either for cause or to clear the way for adoption. Whether custody will be returned depends on a number of factors like why custody was removed in the first place, who has been caring for the children during the last 10 years, local laws, etc.
