    Pressure system is cutting out?
    Pressure system is cutting out for 10 to 20 seconds at a time and then coming back on, problem is becoming more frequent.

    If I understand your complaint correctly, your pressure starts fine, then drops noticeably lower for several seconds, then goes back up, and then back down, and so forth.

    If that's the case, then you might have a waterlogged tank. Find your pressure tank. Then is an air valve towards the top, like on a car tire. Press the valve stem and hold it down for several seconds. You should get only air. If you are getting water, then the tank has problems. Try that and let us know how it goes.
