    You posted this in the wrong section and have a very colorful title... the normal car experts here will probably not even think to look at this because of the way you posted it.

    You could try checking fuses. Check the wires to the horn. The most common thing I have found is that 1) the connections on the horn get rusty 2) the horn itself is bad.
