    Yes, a 7 month old dog can get pregnant. Most dogs have their first heat between 6 months to a year. It's entirely possible that she has gotten pregnant.

    Was she in contact with a male? Did you see them mate? If so, when? If it was recently then there is a plan B for dogs. You could also do a spay abort. Puppies at her age is not a great idea. Also, depending on the breed of the other dog this pregnancy could end up killing her.
