    Blocked vent
Will a snow blocked vent on the roof cause a toilet to "burp" when the shower is in use?
    Thanks

Yup! It certainly could cause just such an issue... ;)

If you have access to the pipe right before it goes out the roof take an electric blanket and wrap it around the pipe... should thaw the pipe pretty quickly! DO NOT leave the blanket unattended, OK?

    Good luck!

    Mark,
Thank you for the quick response. I will certainly get up there to check out the vent pipe and great idea on the electric blanket, just bought one! :)
