Care Bears movie from 90's

I think it is a carebears movie I am not sure if it is a movie but I has care bears in it , I cannot remember what else happens in the film but there is an aunt who sings on stage after suffering for years with stage fright or something like that.I can't remember the name of it either if anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated it has been annoying me for a while.
