Today I am 5 days past the day AF was due. I actually have an appointment with a Dr. For a PT tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I still need to go. Don't want to miss work if I don't have to. Late last night I started getting sharp cramps on the right side of my abdomen. It feels different from my typical AF cramps and I also had some dull lower back pain. So I thought I may be about to start AF. Cramps on and off all day today, mostly on the same side but occasionally the left side as well. I started spotting around 4pm, not enough to wear even a liner, on tp only. First time it was brown, every time since it's been pinkish or bright red. So far it hasn't gotten any heavier. I took an hpt when AF was due and got a bfn. Is it possible for implantation to occur after a missed period? Last month I didn't ovulate until 6 days before my period, so I thought this may be possible. If so, wouldn't it still make it to early for a bfp? Obviously if I AF comes before my appt. I won't go either. Can anyone give many any advice about the situation would be appreciated, but should I even go if it's too early for a bfp? Thank you!
