Severe left foot pain

For about 2 months on my left foot on the right side I have hade a med size mass to theback side of my ankle it is really becoming unbearable and within the last week a mass has showed up on the same side but about mid way down the side it's giving me lots of pain. Can anyone HELP PLEASE
