I had pink eye last week. I used Vigamox to treat the eye but after two days my ears started to hurt. I experienced horrible ear pain for the entire night but the next morning the pain was gone. Now my ears feel like they need to be popped. Sometimes it feels like there's fluid coming out of them. This has been going on for the past week.

The same bacteria that infected your eye, infected your ear; either by transference or through the veins connecting everything else. I suspect you let the conjunctivitis progress too long. Go to your doctor, have your ears 'blown' either/or get a better dose of antibiotics and get rid of the ear infraction.
