    Weak flush
My toilet has a weak flush. Also it has too much water in the bowl. I adjusted the float and it fixed the water level (in the bowl) however the flush grew even weaker.

There is a water line in tank. This is what your toilet should fill to. It is located on the back near the center of tank.

Does water level recessed after a time? If so you have a minor blockage. Rod it from roof vent to at least 10 feet past toilet.

If unable to rod it from roof use a toilet auger.

Adjust your fill valve so the water line is right on the tanks marked line but if there is no line then get the water to 3/4" below the top of the over flow tube. Check under the rim of the bowl, there are many small inlets for the water to flush down the sides of the bowl and, over time, these holes can clog with calcium and debris, clear the holes with apipe cleaner or bobby pin. Also check the larger hole down in the sump area, use a rubber glove if you need to , but check it to insure its clear. Come back when you can and tell us how its going.
