    Help me to name the film please!
    Hello

    The film is based on the intoduction of a black soldier into the US Army. I remember seeing it on the TV years ago. Think the film may have been made in the 70s or 80s but can't be 100% sure. The film focuses on the black soldier and the white soldiers who bully and ultimately try to kill him. I don't think the black soldier is the main star. Pretty sure there's a white army officer who tries to help and protect him. Not a lot to go on, but I've been googling films re racism/army and can't seem to find out.
