The best way to bleed out an oil burner is to do the following:
    1. Open the bleeder port on the fuel pump (left side of the burner) and place a small pail under it to catch the oil. Use a 3/8th or 7/16 In . Wrench.
    2. Hit the reset button.
    3. Place a jumper wire across the F-F terminals on the control that has the reset button (this will keep it running until all the air is bleed out). You can use a piece of wire, or hold a wrench across the two terminals.
    4. Let it run until all the air is gone.
    5. Close the bleeder port tightly and the burner should light.
