    Bad sectors
    Hai
    One of my hard disk is affected by bad 88 sectors.how to remove the bad sectors.is there any software to remove or any commands.

    The check disc application can attempt a repair.

    Spinrite will repair nearly any hard drive that has anything short of the heads contacting the platters it is $89 and I have used it to save dozens of crashed drives. That being said once a drive starts losing sectors I tend not to trust them and after I can get the data off I replace them.
