    Urinary problems
I have had 4 children and I find myself going to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Or less, or when I see water running or just touching something that is cold. Even if I jog, jump, or cough I have leakage. Can I have surgery to stop this?

Sounds like you have mixed incontinence. Over active Bladder (OAB) and Genuine Stress Urinary Incontinence (GSUI). The OAB is controlled with medication and the GSUI is controlled with surgery. I would suggest seeing a Urologist or Urogynecologist to further evaluate the bladder. They will most likely suggest medication to control the OAB and see if that helps with the GSUI. If not a "Urethral Sling" procedure will be suggested. Dr. M
