I fail to understand this affectionate dream
    Hi all,

I have been married for 5 years. My husband and I were classmates, fell in love and married immediately after graduation. I am crazily in love with him and so is he. Off lately, I have been dreaming of random unknown guys being affectionate towards me. They hug me, kiss me on the forehead, cuddle etc, in my dream. I feel very good but I don't understand y I get such dreams and what can I do to stop?

They are just dreams. Ignore them and they will go away. I've sometimes had such kind of dreams too, being intimate with complete stranger and all that.

It's just your overworked brain mixing things up. Relax and think about lovely things before going to bed.

    Indya,, thank you,,
Well, I know that dreams are your subconscious mind acting,, I have ahd nightmares every time I think of something bad before I go to sleep,, so I have made it a habit to think of something nice before I go to bed. Every night I plan for the next day after I close my eyes, I think of what to cook, what chores I have to complete, etc. still I get such dreams. I want to know why... is this some kind of an emotional set back?

You are probably just a very romantic person; enjoy the dreams. They don't do us any harm, and only enrich our waking moments.
